St. Helena real estate sales through 11-30-17 were down 13% as compared to a year ago. The average sales price for the same period was up 5%. The mean sales price (or the one in the middle) was $1,090,000 which means that half the sales were above this number and half were below.

The first half of 2017 has closed and the real estate market is alive and well in the Napa Valley.
